The GYROTONIC® Applications for Pre and Post Natal Program is to educate, prepare and inspire instructors to feel confident in creating a safe and empowering workout experience for the client. The GYROTONIC® Trainer's goal is to provide a physical awareness, balance, comfort and strength throught this deply transformative phase in a woman's life.

This course fulfills a GYROTONIC® Continuing Education Requirement.

Register online and pay $150 studio fee to reserve your place. Tuition($350) is due the first day of the course payable by cash, check or Venmo.
