This six-day IN PERSON course is for anyone wanting to explore the GYROKINESIS® Method or for those interested in becoming certified trainers. In this course, students focus on gaining experience and developing a personal understanding of the GYROKINESIS® Level 1 exercises. This course is the first step to becoming a GYROKINESIS® Trainer and it also prepares students physically for the GYROKINESIS® Level 1 Foundation Course.
